The Fenomenal Woman Baby Bonus benefit will pay you a lump sum of R2,000 upon the birth of your baby. You can use this money as you see fit – use it to buy nappies, baby clothes, or essential accessories such as a car seat or pram; use it to pay for babysitting services, daycare fees or baby food. The choice is yours.
What you should know

there is no additional premium payable for this benefit

you will be paid out for up to three babies (R2,000 per birth) as long as your policy is active

in the unfortunate case of stillborn babies, the benefit will be paid out provided the birth takes place 29 weeks or more after the date of conception

the policy must have been in force for at least 12 months before the birth of the first baby

this benefit does not acquire any surrender value or paid-up value
How to claim
Contact us on 0800 252 467 to obtain a claim form; our consultants will advise you on any additional documents that are required. Your completed claim form must be submitted a maximum of 180 days after the birth of the baby.
