Funeral Support and Repatriation benefit?
In the event of the death of a family member, we will provide
funeral support and repatriation benefits at no extra charge, as part of
the standard Fenomenal Woman package.
The following support will be provided, where needed:

legal assistance regarding the funeral procedures
-
assistance in obtaining the death certificate
-
referral to a pathologist if an autopsy is necessary
-
referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist if required\
-
referral for special counselling if required, particularly in the case of the loss of a child
-
assistance with arranging the funeral or cremation
The following repatriation benefits are included:
-
we will transport the deceased to the funeral parlour closest to the place of burial from anywhere in South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique (south of the 22º latitude), provided the burial takes place within South Africa, at no extra cost
-
one relative may accompany the body to the final funeral home and, if needed, overnight accommodation will be arranged and provided at no additional cost
-
we will take extreme care to meet the special needs and cultural preferences that the surviving family may have regarding the transportation of the deceased
