Emergency Medical Services benefit?
The standard Fenomenal Woman package gives you
access to a range of emergency medical services at no extra charge
These emergency medical services include the following:

telephonic access to emergency medical advice and information

emergency response to the scene of a medical emergency by road or air

transfer to the most appropriate facility
-
transfer of life-saving medications and emergency blood
-
telephonic access to non-emergency medical consultation and advice, including information on substance abuse; referrals to hospitals, doctors, dentists and pharmacies; medical travel information and advice; generic medication advice; and advice regarding preferred providers

to assist you in ensuring that you are successful in hospital admission, FMS will pay R2,000 to the hospital, which will be refundable by the eligible member or the eligible member's medical aid
-
repatriation of member or return of mortal remains
-
companionship and care of minors stranded due to medical emergency
