The Health Support benefit, included at no extra charge
as part of the standard Fenomenal Woman package, gives you
access to professional telephonic assistance for any health queries
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Health Support Benefit includes the following services:

access to the Audio Health Library, a collection of easy-to-understand pre-recorded snippets on health topics

advice on everyday health decisions

emergency medical advice, including telephonic assistance with first aid

counselling for chronic and dread diseases

advice and counselling on stress management

poisoning advice, including referral to a medical facility and arranging an ambulance where necessary
-
addiction counselling, including referrals to appropriate clinics or rehabilitation programmes
